
Teachers Preparation Programme (TPP) is our unique initiative to help you achieve your dream job of becoming a teacher. The programme includes 6 months of training and 6 months of internship at a school for teaching practice hours. The training includes NCFE level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification course along with six Mandatory Professional Development courses and IELTS preparation required for Teacher Licensing in the UAE. The course also has a module of Data Analysis and ICT in Education which is highly beneficial for teachers to assess their learners and also to help improve the rating of the school.

- What is Teachers Preparation Programme (TPP)?
Teachers Preparation Programme is a teaching qualification with NCFE Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training (L5DET) as the mainstream course, which is internationally recognised and approved by the KHDA.
- Why do I enroll for the Teachers Preparation Programme?
If you are interested in pursuing teaching as a career and require a teaching qualification for it, TPP is the right choice for you.
- What is the importance of this course with respect to the UAE Vision 2021?
This course brings you a step closer to the teacher licensing as you need to have a teaching qualification, be proficient in English language and also complete the MPDs, if you prefer to be employed in Dubai schools.
- Is this course the same as Cache courses?
The NCFE level 5 Diploma in Education and Training is for K-12 schools and the Cache Level 5 Diploma is for EYFS.
- Is this programme equivalent to a Bachelor of Education?
This programme is not equivalent to a Bachelor of Education but accepted and approved as equivalent to teaching qualification by KHDA.
- What is the minimum qualification required to enrol for TPP?
You must be a graduate, specialising in the subject you wish to teach.
- Is this qualification valid for me to teach?
This qualification is valid and makes you qualified to teach in schools across grades 1 – 12. This is approved and attested by KHDA and Ofqual, UK, making it an internationally recognised qualification as well.
- What if I am already a Bachelor of Education?
If you are already a Bachelor of Education, TPP will be an add-on international qualification.
- What is the duration of the course?
The duration of the course is one year: six months of training and six months of internship. We provide you with the internship opportunity.
- Do we provide transportation facilities?
Pick-up and drop will be available from the nearest metro station (Stadium Metro Station).
- What is included in the training?
The training includes NCFE L5DET course, English Language Proficiency course, Data Analysis and Six Mandatory Professional Development (MPD) courses.
- Is the internship a paid one?
The internship is a paid one. You get paid for interning at a school we place you with.
- What if I am already employed as a teacher and still want to pursue this course?
You could join the course and attend the weekend or the evening batch. You could record your 100 hours of teaching and 8 hours of lesson observation as evidence from your existing school.
- What is the TPP Scholarship Test?
The Scholarship Test is conducted to check the candidate’s aptitude in English, Arithmetic, and Logical Reasoning. This also makes you eligible for a Scholarship up to 10%.
- Is the Scholarship Test mandatory?
The Scholarship Test is mandatory.
- What are the timings of the classes?
Given below are the batch timings and it is subject to the batch size:
4 days a week – 2 hours per session- (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
b. 4 days a week – 2 hours per session – (6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
c. Weekend (Friday & Saturday) – 4 hours per session- (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
